Our services include lawn mowing, weekly recurring maintenance, trimming, edging, blowing and cleanup, landscape design, and light tree work.

- Program Description: Cooter Bay Landscaping SMS messages are used strictly for conversational support, answering your lawn care questions, providing estimates you requested, scheduling appointments, and sending service updates.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests and inquiries. Typically 1–4 messages per service or quote request.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to (941) 545-9772. After you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

All estimates provided by Cooter Bay Landscaping are based on the property details available at the time of the request. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site visual inspection if property conditions (such as gate clearance, overgrown turf, slope, or debris) differ significantly from the information provided.
